Carrots are a good & healthy eat for kids as they are full of vitamin A. Baby carrots are very easy to fix as they are already peeled. Here is a recipe for Honey-Glazed Carrots which will appeal to the taste buds of kids because of the sweetness.
HONEY-MUSTARD GLAZED CARROTS
Ingredients:

1 lb. bag of ready to eat baby carrots

2 T. of honey
-
1 T. olive oil
-
2 t. Dijon mustard
-
1 T. chopped parsley
-
salt & pepper
Directions:
-
in a saucepan, boil 1/2 cup of water
-
add carrots
-
cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until tender

drain
-
in a bowl, mix honey, oil, mustard, and parsley
-
add salt & pepper to taste
-
mix together
-
add carrots and toss lightly to coat
