Taco Filling
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 – 15 oz. cans chili beans, undrained
- 15 oz can Mexican corn, undrained
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
- brown ground beef and onions
- drain and add to crock pot
- add the other ingredients and stir well
- cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
You can serve these with tortillas, hard taco shells or make a taco salad. Garnish with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream and salsa. Have a fiesta!
