Add Some Fun to Fruit Slices

Fruit slices are a great healthy snack for kids.  Here is a recipe for a fruit dip that will make eating healthy much more fun.



  • 1/4 cup pineapple cream cheese
  • 8 0z lemon yogurt
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit mixture
  •  fresh fruit such as apples, pears, oranges, bananas


  1. in a bowl with an electric mixer, mix cream cheese and yogurt until blended
  2. stir in dried fruit mixture
  3. cover and refrigerate for an hour
  4. slice fruit up and serve with dip

You can make it even more fun by sticking toothpicks in the fresh fruit slices.
