Damaged items or wrong items: Please contact us, either by email or telephone, within 7 days of receipt of any damaged or incorrect items. We will arrange a refund or a replacement. Do not ship the item back unless instructed to do so. We cannot be responsible for return freight charges unless we requested the item back. We can usually send a replacement out immediately once we verify the nature of the problem..

Defective items: We accept returns of defective items for up to 30 days after purchase. If you know or suspect that your items are defective, please call or email for instructions. Sometimes problems can be solved with additional instructions. Some of our manufacturers will send you a replacement directly. Please do not return a defective item without first contacting us. We cannot be responsible for return freight charges unless we requested the item back. We can usually have a replacement sent out immediately once we verify the nature of the problem.. If we issue a call tag to have the items returned and the items are determined not to be defective, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Other returns or exchanges: If you would like to return an item(s) for a refund or for an exchange, we will be happy to take it back. The item must new in the original condition (unwashed, unworn or unused). Please repackage it carefully, preferably in the original shipping box, and send it back to us at this address:

Please include a copy of the original sales receipt. If the order was a gift, you may contact us to arrange an exchange. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date of shipping to have your refund processed. Shipping charges are not refundable; however, you will not be charged new shipping costs on exchanges. We strongly suggest insurance and/or delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. If your order value falls below the $50 threshold for the free shpping after the return, then the shipping charge of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.

How soon will my order ship?
Orders generally will ship within 1-2 business days after the receipt of an order. Customers will be promptly notified of any backordered items and expected ship date.

How will my order ship?
U.S. orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with delivery made in an average of 3 to 5 business days. Canadian orders are sent either Priority International Mail with delivery generally in 6-10 business days or UPS. Customer is responsible for the payment of duties, taxes and fees associated with the international shipment. All orders are insured and fully trackable.

What if my package does not get delivered?
Please contact us immediately if your package has not been delivered within a reasonable time after receiving your order shipped email confirmation. We will track your package with the carrier and if necessary, put a trace on the package. If the package is not found after the process is complete, a claim will be filed with the carrier and either a replacement item will be sent or a refund issued.

Will sales tax be added to my order?
Orders shipped to Wisconsin addresses will have 5.5% sales tax applied to the order.
