How soon will my order ship?
Orders generally will ship within 1-2 business days after the receipt of an order. Customers will be promptly notified of any backordered items and expected ship date.
How will my order ship?
U.S. orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with delivery made in an average of 3 to 5 business days. All orders are fully trackable.
What if my package does not get delivered?
Please contact us immediately if your package has not been delivered within a reasonable time after receiving your order shipped email confirmation and the tracking number does not show it as being delivered. We will track your package with the carrier and if necessary, put a trace on the package. If the package is not found after the process is complete, a claim will be filed with the carrier and either a replacement item will be sent or a refund issued. However, if the tracking number shows that it has been delivered, we will assist you in launching an investigation with the carrier, but we do not accept any responsibility for the missing package. Check with neighbors, other members of your household, apartment office, etc. for the package and also other possible places it could have been left.
For orders returned by the carriers for incorrect addresses - we will refund your order net the cost of shipping. Please place another order with the correct address.
Will sales tax be added to my order?
Orders shipped to Wisconsin addresses will have 5.5% sales tax applied to the order.
