If you would like to return an item(s) for a refund or for an even exchange, we will be happy to take it back within 30 days of delivery. The item must new in the original condition (unwashed, unused - with tags still attached). Send back the items with the packing slip with a note about the return. Items returned that are not in the original condition will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee. Orders returned with postage or shipping charges due will be issued a refund net of these charges.

If you would like us to send you a return label, please contact us and we will be happy to send you one, but the cost will be deducted from your refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request

FREE SHIPPING for ground shipping within the continental U.S. for all orders - no minimum amount.
Shipping rates are a flat $19.95 for ground shipping outside the continental U.S. for all other domestic orders.
We are no longer shipping internationally. We suggest the use of a freight forwarder.
PLEASE NOTE: If your package needs to be forwarded thru no fault of Cow & Lizard (ie: incorrect address given, package forwarded to a new address) - there will be an additional $10 charge to your credit card for the costs of delivering to the new address.
If your package is returned to us as an undeliverable address, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: For orders shipped to freight forwarders - we accept no responsibility for the package once it is delivered to the freight forwarder.
